Refund & Cancellation Policy

Momen Muzik Studio provides customised music and audio production services.

Cancellation before work begins

If you cancel before production work has started, you may request a full refund.

Cancellation after work begins

If you cancel after production has started, any refund will be assessed based on the work already completed. We will explain any deductions before confirming the refund.

Completed work

Once the agreed work has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally unavailable for a change of mind. If the delivery does not meet the agreed scope, please contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate correction, revision, or refund where applicable.

If we cannot fulfil your project

If we are unable to complete your project, we will refund the amount paid for services that have not been provided.

How to request a refund

Email momenmuzik@gmail.com with your name, payment reference, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method where supported. The time taken for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

For instalment or Buy Now, Pay Later payments, any repayment adjustment is handled by the relevant provider. Please continue following the provider’s payment instructions until the adjustment is confirmed.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Malaysian law.
