Shipping, Delivery & Return Policy

Digital services

Momen Muzik Studio provides music and audio production services. Deliverables are supplied digitally unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Delivery method

Completed files will be delivered through email, a download link, or another digital channel agreed with you. File formats and deliverables will follow the accepted quotation or project agreement.

Delivery timeline

The production schedule and estimated delivery date will be agreed before work begins. Timelines depend on the project scope, required materials, payment arrangements, and timely feedback or approvals.

If a delay occurs, we will inform you and discuss a revised delivery date.

Shipping

No physical shipping or shipping charges apply to digital-only orders.

Returns

Digital files cannot be physically returned. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or inaccessible file, email momenmuzik@gmail.com so we can investigate and provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Revisions

Revisions follow the scope and revision allowance stated in your quotation or project agreement. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
